Healthy dessert with chocolate whey

Ingredients for 3 bowls:

2 pcs. frozen bananas

½ glass of almond milk

1 dose (21 g) whey protein – chocolate

1-2 teaspoons of organic cocoa

1-2 bars of dark chocolate over 70%

Fruit of choice – melon, peach, orange (for decoration)

Directions:

  1. • Cut the bananas and put them in a blender. Add the almond milk, chocolate protein and cocoa.
  2. • Mash for 1-2 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture and put the dessert for 30 minutes in the freezer or chamber.
  3. Serve in bowls with a piece of fruit of your choice and grated dark chocolate.
